Mega First Property Division is a group of companies primarily involved in property development. The Property Division has been actively involved in the development of integrated townships, providing a varied mix of both residential and commercial buildings since the launch in 1989 of its maiden project known as Taman Setapak Indah in Kuala Lumpur. The Property Division, in addition to being actively involved in the development of mixed townships in the Klang Valley has since expanded its property development activities to other cities, namely Ipoh and Melaka.
