Strengthening Intergrity: RCI Lime Trains Employees on the Revised Anti-Bribery Standard

Perak, 30 September 2026: The international anti-bribery standard, ISO 37001, was revised in 2025. To make sure its people understand what the changes mean for their daily work, RCI Lime, part of MFCB’s Resources Division, organised an Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) training session together with MFCB’s Group Compliance Officer.

The session, attended by 19 RCI Lime employees, covered the key updates in ISO 37001:2025, including:

  • The integration of climate change and wider ESG considerations;
  • A stronger compliance culture and a clearer role for the anti-bribery compliance function;
  • Common bribery risks and how to recognise them;
  • Making ethical decisions in the workplace; and
  • Each person’s role in upholding anti-bribery compliance.

RCI Lime is certified to ISO 37001 for anti-bribery, alongside ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) under its Integrated Management System. A certified system is only as strong as the people who apply it, which is why regular training remains central to how we manage bribery risk.

The training supports the Group’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. Employees and stakeholders can raise concerns in confidence through our Whistleblowing Policy.

Good governance underpins everything we do. As global standards rise, so do ours, strengthening integrity across our businesses and the trust our stakeholders place in us.
