From the 1990s to the early 2000s, the Property Division was actively involved in developing integrated estates, offering a diverse mix of residential and commercial buildings in the Klang Valley, Ipoh, and Malacca. It was also a major contributor to the Group’s profits. However, in 2015, due to a weak property market, a decision was made to suspend all property development projects and focus solely on property investment. Today, the Property Division generates most of its income from recurring rental income from investment properties and is no longer a major contributor to the Group’s earnings.
Property Investment
The Division’s investment portfolio primarily includes office buildings and car parks. By investing in high-quality office spaces, it secures a steady stream of rental income while offering businesses well-maintained work environments. Additionally, its car parks cater to the increasing demand for secure and easily accessible parking.
