Mega First Property Division is a group of companies primarily involved in property development. The Property Division has been actively involved in the development of integrated townships, providing a varied mix of both residential and commercial buildings since the launch in 1989 of its maiden project known as Taman Setapak Indah in Kuala Lumpur. Taman Setapak Indah
Taman Setapak Indah was the maiden property development project of the Property Division. It is spread over 115 acres of flat ex-mining land located about 8km from Kuala Lumpur City Center.
Prior to 1989, Taman Setapak Indah was a desolate ex-mining land with ponds and overgrowth littered all over the place. With a master plan in hand, we earnestly went about transforming the landscape into a vibrant township comprising of approximately 2,000 units of mixed residential and commercial units, and well supplemented by all types of amenities and facilities in the neighbourhood.
Taman Bertam Jaya & Taman Cheng Baru
The Taman Bertam Jaya/Taman Cheng Baru projects were located on both sides of the Jalan Alor Gajah-Melaka trunk road at the 12th km in Mukim Cheng, Melaka Tengah, Melaka. These projects, launched in 1995, were very well received with units quickly snapped up, were completed in November 2002.
Taman Merdeka was the Property Division’s first development project in Melaka in 1994 on 40 acres of land located near the Melaka Airport. This project comprises a mixed development of residential and commercial units, and the remaining 1.3 acres of land is earmarked for terrace houses.
AU4, Lembah Keramat Tengah
This project, located in Kuala Lumpur, comprised of 206 units of 2-storey terrace houses and 2-storey semi-detached houses, was completed in 1996.
Taman Paya Emas
Taman Paya Emas is a mixed development housing project on 163 acres of land in Melaka. At present, approximately 50 acres of land has yet to be developed.
The Paya Emas Business Centre double-storey shop offices at Taman Paya Emas are ideally located to tap the potential of this fast growing new township fronted by the Paya Rumput – Air Keroh Highway.

Taman Sri Indah
This was a medium cost project on 33 acres of land located along Jalan Balakong, off 11th mile, Jalan Cheras. This project was launched in 1993 and has been fully completed.
Taman Rambai Emas
This project in Melaka comprised of 71 units of residential houses and was completed in 2006.
